El alambre FE es un alambre que contiene hierro, como se usó antes del procesamiento adicional en forma de estiramiento, flexión, etc. Debido a la alta permeabilidad del alambre FE, es absolutamente necesario pre-magnetizar el material para que la inspección de defectos por corriente eddy pueda ser realizada.

DEFECTOMAT: La familia de productos DEFECTOMAT se utiliza para la prueba de precisión del cable FE para defectos puntuales y transversales en la superficie del material.

CIRCOGRAPH: Los sistemas de inspección CIRCOGRAPH se utilizan para detectar de manera fiable defectos longitudinales en el material escaneando la superficie en una trayectoria helicoidal sin hacer contacto con Alambre  por medio de corrientes Eddy.

EMAG: El alambre FE debe magnetizarse antes de la inspección por corriente Eddy y desmagnetizarse después. La unidad de desmagnetización EMAG de alto rendimiento ahorra espacio gracias a sus bobinas cortas y puede integrarse en la línea de inspección.
